This Privacy Policy describes how 1drop Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “1drop”) handle and protect the information that we collect through our ‘1POT Professional Application’ and services that we operate and that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”).
When you register, contact us directly or indirectly, or use the Services, you may choose to provide the following information to us according to corresponding situations :
1) When making an inquiry

- Optional: inquiry details
2) When we provide products/services
- ID, password, name, nickname, email, phone number
3) When using Services
- your Internet protocol (“IP”) address and other identifiers that are assigned to your device and application when you access the Internet or use the Services, browser type, browser version, browser language setting, operating system, device name and type, MAC address and other device identifiers, information from your device (including information from and about your hard drive and other storage devices, central processing unit, random access memory, video card, and peripheral hardware, software, and applications installed on your device), Internet service and mobile service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Services, the date and time of your visit, download information, the links you click and areas you view within the Services, and other standard server log information, and BLE communication data (access to background location services required)
4) When device (1drop product communicated with 1POT Application by Bluetooth) is paired and tested
- Name, gender, and date of birth which are entered by user, information on the device used for testing, measurement data obtained by the device during testing, etc.
We may use, record, systematize, store, update or modify, retrieve, delete, or otherwise process your information for the following purposes, using manual or automated means:
1) Membership registration and management
- Personal information shall be used to verify the intention of registration and management of membership, personal verification, prevention of illegal Services usage, notification for various issues, and customer complaints handling.
2) When we provide products/services
- Personal information shall be used to provide Services such as media contents, customized services, self-certification, product improvement etc.
3) Customer complaints or requests for analysis
- Personal information shall be used for user identification, detailed issue check, contact for a fact-check, and notification of an issue handling result.
4) Marketing and advertising
- Personal information shall be used for marketing and advertising such as promotions, events, and updates, as well as engaging customer participation. The information collected during the process can be statistically analyzed for members’ better service.
We maintain reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, organizational, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. While we take reasonable precautions against possible loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, no storage system or transmission of data over the Internet can be guaranteed to be secure. Data we collect will be retained only for so long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above unless applicable law requires otherwise. Each personal information secure and storage period is as follows.
1) Membership registration and management:
We secure and store information until the membership account is withdrawn from the website. However, in the event of the following cases, we discard information at the end of the case.
- If the company is under investigation due to a violation of the laws, we secure and store information until the investigation is ended.
- If the bond-to-debt relationship survives due to the use of the website, we secure and store information until the bond-debt relationship is closed.
2) Providing products/services
- We secure and store information until the supply of products/services or the payment is completed.
3) Handling customer complaints or request for data analysis
- We secure and store information until the user identification, detailed issue check, and notification of an issue handling result is completed.
The customer who applied for the Services has the right to disagree with the collection and use of the above personal information. However, users who do not allow access to the collection and use of personal information when using services that require personal information collection may be restricted from the Services.
